Charu’s design philosophy is to work extensively in creating empowering designs for the woman by modernization of traditional Indian craftsmanship techniques in western silhouettes.
Charu started her studio in 1993, soon after her college with two block printed tables and launched her label. Her signature style is redefining style with vibrant colours. The brand exudes a sense of Romantic-sexy sophistication empowering the modern woman.
The label retails out of 54 stores in India and internationally. She is a strong revivalist of keeping the old art and technique of block printing alive. The designer is always working towards spreading awareness about this extinct technique.
